In this second year of the Summer Breezes event of the Shire of Vinhold, fighters compete in a Prize Tourney, crafters vie to complete projects with mystery materials, children quest for treasure, and master artisans experiment with new ideas and demonstrate their arts for the enjoyment and education of those attending, as the cooler breezes of river and bay in the southern reaches of the Shire ease the heat of August.
